Elusive craze of C class IPs

Desperation for success and ignorance of experts in the search engine optimization realm  have made C class IPs as a real craze.  People have been under the illusion that if the website is hosted in the C class IP, then it draws a special attention of Google and other leading search engines. 

Its really illusive as many websites hosted in servers with starting range of 64.x.x.x or 72.x.x.x have earned good ranks and PRV in Google SERPs.

Any craze builds up a lot of rumor and spreads a lot of misconception. Let us try to analyze in our own ways according to the best of our knowledge and ability. IPs are broadly classified in three classes named as Class A, Class B and Class C. The concept of Class D IP had also popped up in the middle, but had not been reckoned.

Class A starts from 0.0.0.0 and ends up at 127.255.255.255. Class B varies between 128.0.0.0 and 191.255.255.255. Class C has got its vast range of IPs, which ranges between 192.0.0.0 and 255.255.255.255.

Now, let us try to look at the true requirement of search engine crawlers. If it finds back links from same set of IPs, then it tends to ignore them. If the links come from different set of IPs, Google always prefers them.  Whether its a SEO company or a steel industry, the website and the hosting hardly makes a difference. It is the magnetizing effect of the website, more specifically the brand, that brings sustainable number of visitors.

More visitors always act as a reverence for every search engines for their own survival.
